We use Etsy to take payment and track your order. Etsy is a trusted name, handles the transaction process, and provides security for both me and you. However, the number of customization options that can be listed on Etsy falls far short of the number of options I want to provide you. So this website exists to guide you through all of the options, then we send you back to Etsy to complete the purchase.

My items are made from epoxy resin, UV Resin, glitter/mica powder/resin dye, and of course the ashes or fur of your beautiful pet.

To ensure that your memorial piece remains unyellowed, please keep it out of direct sunlight. While resin is very durable, please avoid dropping the item. If the item becomes dirty, you can clean it with a damp cloth. Please avoid harsh/abrasive cleaners. I strive to have a quick turn around time. Since I must receive your pet's ashes or fur, my turn around time is somewhat dependent upon how quickly I receive this from clients. Once your ashes or fur have been received, it will take approximately 3 weeks for me to generate your item. Depending on how many requests I have on my plate at any given time, my turn around time may be less. If my turn around time ever seems as though it may be longer than 3 weeks or if I am on vacation and the shop is on break, I will notify you via email of my expected return to shop date.

I am always happy to work with clients to make their ideas come to life. That being said, the nature of resin work is dependent upon mold availability. If I can find a mold that fits your designs, I am happy to obtain it. This can and will add to turn around time and will represent a more highly customized order which will reflect in the price. I will give you an expected turn around time and a price before proceeding with your requested item.

Yes! I am happy to make multiple items for the same pet. I want all members of your family that knew and loved your pet to have the keepsake they want to remember them by. You will need to place an order for each piece, which means repeating the color selection process. If you place an order for more than one item with the same color selections, I will reach out to you to confirm before proceeding. I will also need more ashes/fur in order to generate multiple items.

The measurements for each item are listed on one of the pictures on that product's page. Measurements will be listed in the product description as well.

I am happy to mix a custom color, however please be aware that this will require frequent contact via email, utilizing pictures. Pictures and real life can differ, but I will do my very best to generate the color you are looking for. If you accept the color I make, then I can proceed with your order. There is a chance that I cannot achieve the color for you, but I will do my best.

This is due to resin and the nature of how some effects work. Glitter, for example, sinks to the bottom of the mold, which is typically the front face of the item I am creating. Due to this, glitter doesn't always lay evenly within molds and doesn't yield the product you may be imagining. Likewise, transparent coloring can be influenced by colors underlying it, and can cause colors to become muddled. I make every effort to offer all the colors/effects for each product that are possible. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to email me before placing your order!

Unfortunately due to the highly customizable nature of my orders, I cannot offer refunds once your order has been started. I do want very much for you to love your pet's memorial item, so if you are not satisfied with the rendering of your item, please reach out to me so I can speak with you about how to make it right. I want you to love your piece and for it to remind you of the precious time you spent with your baby and I will not be happy until you are happy.
